Service Offerings

Currently, we have a fleet of CNC lasers from Trumpf, including automation. Thanks to these technologies, we can cut not only standard materials but also copper, brass, and titanium with a laser.

Our company's painting service covers both large-scale and small-volume orders with over 150 RAL colors. We offer various textures (fine and coarse) and finishes (glossy and matte). Colors not in stock can be ordered with a fast delivery time.

Powder coating technology

Powder coatings are single-layer coating systems for metal surfaces that do not contain solvents, which is an environmental advantage. The application technology involves spraying the powder in an electrostatic field, where the powder particles are electrically charged and the coated object is grounded.

The material surface must be completely dry and clean. Prior to the application of the powder coating, specific surface preparation is essential to ensure a high-quality and durable coating with the desired properties.

The maximum dimensions of products, weight, and oven temperature for powder coating:

Maximum product dimensions: 3000 x 2000 x 1400 mm
Maximum dimensions for phosphating: 3000 × 1400 x 1000 mm
Max. product weight: 100 kg
Baking oven temperature: 160-210 °C

Curing

Currently, we have 5 CNC press brakes from Trumpf and Safan.
Bending is done using a laser ruler or independently adjustable precise stops.
